If it sways back and forth under hard acceleration, that's normal. That's torque steer and then the car correcting it for you. If it's swaying back and forth while you're just at a cruising pace, then I have no idea what's up.

It starts to move up when the coolant hits about 110° and shows fully warm at 120° to 125°. The car typically runs in the neighborhood of 200°, so this gauge is meaningless. Yep, but if it suddenly jumps up to the red then there are problems and that is helpful to that extent.
