Auto HB is doable, I did mine, not sure of coding on MK4.5 though, you can't do it by drop down "enable" options alone, you have to code camera and steering column modules. Search FORScan forum, someone will have done it by now. ACC, as mentioned, requires Radar and the switches on the steering wheel coding.
